Welcome
Greetings from Burlington, North Carolina and welcome to the official website
of The Burlington Boys Choir. Our Choir is the oldest organization of its
kind in North Carolina. It has continuously sustained training and performances
since its formation in 1958. Our boys range in age from eight
to fourteen years and membership ranges between fifteen to thirty boys. We sing
different types of music from early church music, to classical, and
contemporary themes. Our choirboys commit to memory all of our performances and
sing in many different languages: Italian, German, Latin, French, Portuguese,
and The Queens English. Our boys not only receive the highest
level of choral training, but are encouraged towards high academic performance,
self-esteem, and the benefits of self-discipline, persistence, and confidence -
real rewards necessary in adult life. The Burlington Boy's Choir
